Who delivers the sessions?
Sessions are delivered by either Julien (Ampra CEO and AI strategist) or Dustin (Ampra integrator), depending on your focus area. Your guide is assigned at kickoff and stays consistent so they build real context on your team, your tools, and where you're headed.
What if something is too big to finish in a session?
Your guide will flag it early. Larger builds get scoped and quoted as separate project work. Your retainer cadence keeps moving alongside it.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes. You can move up or down at any month boundary. No penalties either way.
Do unused sessions roll over?
No. The cadence is the product. Sessions run on a standing schedule, same time every week or two. If you're consistently not using them, that's a signal to move down a tier, not to stockpile credits.
Do we own what gets built?
Yes! Everything built or configured for your business belongs to you.
What is the Ampra Circle Community?
