Julien has spent more than 15 years building, operating, and advising businesses. He founded and grew digital marketing agency OrganikSEO, later merging it into Digitopia, where he served as Chief Culture Officer and then CEO before exiting the business in 2023.

That experience shapes how he approaches AI and automation today. Julien understands firsthand the realities of running a growing company: limited time, competing priorities, messy processes, and plenty of tools that promise more than they deliver. He created Ampra to help leadership teams identify where AI and automation can make the biggest difference, prioritize the right opportunities, and turn them into practical improvements that save time, drive ROI, and make the business easier and more enjoyable to run.

Julien has delivered more than 40 presentations and workshops on AI and automation and serves on the boards of Entrepreneurs' Organization San Diego and the Better Business Bureau.

Dustin co-founded and operated an IT Managed Services Provider (MSP) company for six years before exiting the business in early 2026. That experience, as well as 20+ years in IT and security, gives him a firsthand understanding of what small business owners and their leadership teams are actually navigating, including what it takes to build a company toward a successful exit. At Ampra, that shows up as a focus on AI and automation use cases with real ROI, built on solid, best-practices technology foundations. He leads service delivery, operations, and MSP partner relationships.

Arianne is a seasoned marketing and operations leader with over 15 years of experience guiding brands and teams to success. With a career spanning award-winning campaigns and executive roles at top digital marketing agencies, she brings a unique blend of strategic thinking, operational rigor, and creative energy.

After launching her career in public relations and digital marketing, Arianne quickly rose through the ranks, leading national campaigns for brands like Nestlé, Crystal Geyser, and TRI Pointe Homes, and earning industry awards for social and digital excellence. She later served as COO and General Manager at a digital marketing agency, where she oversaw everything from finance and team development to large-scale client operations.

Arianne holds a degree in Public Relations from San Diego State University (magna cum laude) and brings a rare mix of marketing savvy, financial acumen, and people-first leadership to everything she touches. At Ampra, she plays a vital role helping shape internal operations, strategic growth, and client experience.

Ysabelle Jimenea is an operations and HR leader with nearly six years of executive assistance experience and over five years building and managing high-performing teams. She's helped founders and growing businesses design systems, processes, and team structures that make daily operations smoother and more sustainable.

She specializes in recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management, while also creating tools like SOPs, KPI dashboards, training modules, and client onboarding frameworks that keep teams aligned and accountable.
