FAQs
What happens if a build is too large to fit in a session?
Your architect identifies this early and flags it clearly during a working session. Larger builds that don’t fit within an engagement can be scoped and quoted as separate project, delivered independently of your engagement sessions. Your cadence keeps moving; the big build runs alongside it.
Can I switch tiers after I start?
Yes. You can move up or down a tier at the start of any billing cycle (with a 15 day notice) as your throughput needs change. If you're consistently using all your sessions and want more momentum, move up to include more strategy sessions or add our “Build Accelerator” to your existing plan to double the amount of build time from the Ampra team without increasing the meeting cadence. If team capabilities improve to the point were you can rely on Ampra less heavily or no longer need our support scale down, pause or cancel any time.
What happens if I miss a session or want to reschedule a session?
The cadence of scheduled working sessions is the core product. Sessions are scheduled for the same time week after week depending on your tier. Missed sessions don't accumulate and the session will still happen without you there. If your internal team is not able to make a session your Ampra team will still host the meeting, work on your behalf, and send a meeting recap and call recording so you stay in the loop. If you consistently can't use your sessions, that's a signal to move down a tier. That said, if nobody from your team is available to attend a 90 minute strategy session every other week to focus “on” the business and create efficiency that’s also probably a sign you need the help more than you might realize.
Do we own what gets built?
Yes! Anything built for your business is designed around your systems and belongs to you.
How much work actually gets done between sessions?
Every plan includes 5 hours of build time between sessions, which works out to 10 hours every 4 weeks on Core, 20 on Growth, and 40 on Pro. Your Architect handles implementation while your Strategist stays on top of communication, progress and priorities. If you want more output per cycle, the Build Accelerator doubles those hours without doubling the meeting cadence.
What is the Build Accelerator?
It doubles your between-session build time from 5 hours to 10 hours per session. On the Core plan that takes you from 10 hours every 4 weeks to 20. On Growth it takes you from 20 to 40 and on Pro it takes you from 40 to 80. Your meeting cadence does not change, so you're adding capacity behind the scenes rather than more time on your calendar. Available on all plans at checkout for $650 per sprint (A sprint is the between-session built time).
Should I move up a tier or add the Build Accelerator?
It depends on what you need more of. Moving up a tier gives you more live session time with your Strategist and Architect. The Build Accelerator gives you more build output at the same cadence. If your team already has enough face time and the bottleneck is how fast things get built, the Accelerator is usually the better value. If you need more strategic direction, more training, or separate sessions for different departments, moving up a tier is the better option.
What is the Ampra Circle Community?
Ampra Circle is our private community for business owners and busy professionals who are actively building automation and figuring out how to apply AI within their company. Every FlexFlow tier includes Circle Community seats (valued at $49/mo): 2 seats at Core, 5 seats at Growth, and unlimited seats at Pro. Inside, you'll find shared playbooks, tooling discussions, tools and tips, and deep dive tutorials and case studies from the Ampra team. There is also a lot of peer learning from people running the same systems you are. The Ampra team contributes ideas and resources on an ongoing basis while also acting as a resource answering questions and providing support.
Is there a long-term contract?
No long-term lock-in. We aim to earn and keep the relationship through results, progress, time saved and real ROI.
