What happens if a build is too large to fit in a session?
Your architect identifies this early and flags it clearly usually in the first or second session. Larger builds (custom integrations, multi-week projects, data migrations) get scoped and quoted as separate project work, delivered independently of your retainer sessions. Your cadence keeps moving; the big build runs alongside it.
Can I switch tiers after I start?
Yes. You can move up or down a tier at any month boundary as your throughput needs change. If you're consistently using all your sessions and want more momentum, move up. If your pace slows, move down. No penalties either way.
Do unused sessions roll over?
FNo. The cadence is the product. Sessions are scheduled on a standing cadence, the same time every week or every two weeks so unused sessions don't accumulate. If you consistently can't use your sessions, that's a signal to move down a tier, not to stockpile credits

Yes! Anything built for your business is designed around your systems and belongs to you.
