If you call us, or if you have given us permission to call you, we collect the audio recording of the call, a written transcript, and call details such as the time, duration, phone number, and outcome. We also collect summaries and notes our AI assistant generates from the conversation.
2. Use of Cookies & Retargeting Technologies
When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors (including Retention.com) to associate your activity with other personal information they or others have about you. This may include associations with your email or home address.
As a result, we (or service providers acting on our behalf) may send you marketing or communications to those email or home addresses. This allows us to better personalize your experience and reach you with relevant updates or offers.

4. Calls and Call Recording
Ampra uses an AI voice assistant to answer incoming calls and, where we have your permission, to place outbound calls. We tell you at the start of every call that you are speaking with an AI assistant and that the call is recorded. If you would rather not be recorded, tell the assistant and we will arrange for a person to call you back instead.
We only place outbound calls to people who have given us permission to call them, for example by entering a phone number on one of our forms and agreeing to be contacted. You can withdraw that permission at any time. Tell the assistant to stop calling, or email privacy@ampra.ai, and we will add you to our internal do-not-call list.
Our assistant generates its responses automatically. It does not create a voiceprint, and we do not use your voice to identify you.
5. When We Share Your Information
We don’t sell your personal data. We may share data only when necessary:
Service Providers (hosting, analytics, payment processors, automation tools)
