Landscape company
A landscape company mapped about 700 hours a year in time savings and got an operations app built for its crews
Inventory, scheduling, and time tracking needed a system that fit how field crews work. Recurring reports, estimating handoffs, and replies to new leads were taking manual effort every week.

An app for the yard and the field
We built a web app and a mobile app that cover inventory, crews, jobs, time, purchase orders, and scheduling. Inventory tracks 556 items through receiving, releasing, transferring, counting, and reserving. We switched to QR codes after testing showed they scan more reliably than barcodes, and more than 2,000 automated tests run against the platform.
Reports that build themselves
Daily and weekly invoice reports now run from a prompt. An estimating integration and an inventory report replaced manual pulls, and our Architect shipped three automations in a single weekly sprint.
Calls and leads get answered
An AI receptionist processes call transcripts and shows the team who called. New lead emails flow into the CRM and get an automatic first reply.
A legal gap, caught early
Our Strategist noticed the company's privacy policy and terms were missing required language about automated and AI calls, and drafted updates for the company's lawyer to finalize.
What changed
- Estimating integration alone frees an estimated 130 hours a year.
- Inventory, crews, jobs, time, and purchase orders live in one app built for the field.
- A legal gap around AI calls was flagged early, with draft fixes ready for the company's lawyer.
Still in progress
Scheduling is the most complex piece because it ties estimates, jobs, clock-ins, and payroll together, and we're finishing it now. QuickBooks Online comes next, tested in a sandbox first so live financial data stays safe.
Client details are kept private. Hours are estimates from the client's FlexFlow board.
