What This Is

The Claude Cowork Training is a two-session, hands-on training and implementation experience centered on Claude’s Cowork capabilities.

Session 1: Foundations + Setup

We cover the most important Claude features, then go deep into Cowork:

  • How Projects are structured

  • How to create and use Skills

  • Custom instructions and system guidance

  • Best practices and limitations

  • Where it fits inside your existing workflows

Everything is live. Inside your account. No generic demos.

By the end of Session 1, you’ll have Cowork properly configured and aligned to how your team operates.

90-120 minutes

Session 2: Real Workflow Build

After you’ve had time to experiment, we reconvene.

This session is a working session inside Claude Cowork.

We identify:

  • The tasks consuming the most time

  • Repetitive knowledge work

  • Communication bottlenecks

  • Areas where quality and consistency matter

Then we build together.

If Claude Cowork is a fit for those use cases, we design and implement directly in the session.

Do we need to already be using Claude?

Yes. This training assumes basic familiarity with Claude’s standard interface. If your team is just getting started with AI, the AI Training for Teams program is the right first step.

Do we need a paid Claude plan?

Yes. Claude Cowork features are available on paid plans. At minimum, key team members should have a Claude Pro plan, currently about $20 per month.

What if we already have Cowork set up?

Perfect. We’ll spend less time on setup and more time refining use cases, structuring Skills, and strengthening workflows. The sessions are tailored to your starting point.

How far apart are the two sessions?

We typically recommend spacing them about two weeks apart. That gives your team time to experiment and come back with real questions and examples. We’ll send a survey prior to the second session to gather insights and start planning for the second session.

What’s the investment?
