ok so we launched the intake automation 3 weeks ago. big demo, everyone nodding along, client was thrilled. checked the logs this morning and 4 of 31 people have opened it. what's actually worked for you guys
we quit doing big launches tbh. now we pick one person on the team, get them using it for a week, then have THEM show everyone else. feels slower but it's the only thing that's stuck for us

The reality is that there are tons of us out there solving the same problem in five different cities on any given day.
There's no reason for that. The field is wide open and there's more work than any of us can take. So we'd rather compare notes than guard them.
The Applied AI Collective exists to put those people in one room and let them learn from each other, share openly and help one another however we can.

Why Ampra is convening this.
Ampra is a fractional AI and automation agency We do this work every week, and we've felt the same gap our members have: there was no good room for the people doing it. Most of what’s out there seems spammy and there are a lot of people trying to make a quick buck. We’re here to support others that are buiding a real business with desires to help the business community.
So we're creating the space, bringing good people together, helping organize events, and contributing what we've learned. The rest belongs to the members.
